Data-driven Neuro-fuzzy Multi-objective Trajectory Planning of Redundant Manipulators

چکیده
In this paper, the problem of multi-objective trajectory planning is studied for redundant planar serial manipulators using a data-driven hybrid neuro-fuzzy system. This system has been developed in two major steps. First, an offline planning is performed to generate a large dataset of multi-criteria trajectories, covering mostly of the robot workspace. The later is based on a full kinematic and dynamic model of the robot, which minimizes time and energy, while avoiding singularities, and limits on joint angles, rates, accelerations, jerks and torques. An augmented Lagrangian technique is implemented on a decoupled form of the robot dynamics in order to solve the resulting non-linear constrained optimal control problem. Second, the outcomes of this first step are used to build a data-driven neuro-fuzzy inference system to learn and capture the desired dynamic behavior of the manipulator. Once this system is trained and optimized, it is used to achieve the online planning. Simulation results on a 3degrees of freedom manipulator show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

A Hierarchical Neuro-Fuzzy System to Minimum-Time Trajectory Planning of Redundant Manipulators
In this paper, the problem of minimum-time trajectory planning is studied for a three degrees-offreedom (3-DOF) planar manipulator using a hierarchical hybrid neuro-fuzzy system. A first preprocessing step involves two components. The first component is NeFIK (for Neuro-Fuzzy Inverse Kinematics), a neuro-fuzzy network designed to learn and solve the inverse kinematics problem. The second one is...
متن کاملOptimal Path Planning for Flexible Redundant Robot Manipulators
Vibration is one of the most important resources of error in motion of tip of flexible robot manipulators. Although much work has been done in the design of controllers for flexible manipulators to follow a specified tip trajectory, it has been done a little work in trajectory planning itself. For redundant robot manipulators, trajectory planning can be accomplished with the aim of optimizing s...
متن کاملInterval Analysis of Controllable Workspace for Cable Robots
Workspace analysis is one of the most important issues in the robotic parallel manipulator design. However, the unidirectional constraint imposed by cables causes this analysis more challenging in the cabledriven redundant parallel manipulators. Controllable workspace is one of the general workspace in the cabledriven redundant parallel manipulators due to the dependency on geometry parameter...
متن کاملPseudoinverse Trajectory Control of Redundant Manipulators: A Fractional Calculus Perspective
Redundant manipulators have some advantages when compared with classical arms because they allow the trajectory optimization, both on the free space and on the presence of obstacles, and the resolution of singularities. For this type of arms the proposed kinematic control algorithms adopt generalized inverse matrices but, in general, the corresponding trajectory planning schemes show important ...

In this paper, a method for solving forward and inverse kinematics of redundant manipulator is proposed. Obtaining the joint variables of these manipulators from a desired position of the robot end-effector called as inverse kinematics (IK), is one of the most important problems in robot kinematics and control. The difficulties in solving the IK equations of these redundant robot manipulator ar...
